TL;DR: Use Alabobai responsibly. You own your data and outputs. We provide the software as-is with reasonable uptime commitments. Don't use it for illegal purposes, and don't try to reverse-engineer our cloud services.
By downloading, installing, or using Alabobai ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Alabobai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
Alabobai is an AI platform that provides execution-first artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to: chat interfaces, code execution, research tools, voice interaction, data analysis, and document indexing. The Software operates primarily on your local machine, with optional cloud features available on paid plans.
The Free plan does not require an account. Pro and Team plans require registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

You may use Alabobai for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
Note: Since Alabobai runs locally, we cannot and do not monitor how you use the Software on your own machine. These acceptable use terms apply specifically to interactions with our cloud services, APIs, and community platforms.
You own everything you create. All content you generate using Alabobai — including AI responses, code, research reports, creative works, and data analyses — belongs to you. We claim no ownership or license over your outputs.
Alabobai's source code, branding, documentation, and cloud infrastructure are the intellectual property of Alabobai, Inc. The open-source components of Alabobai are licensed under the MIT License (see Section 11).
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Software, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Software.
Current pricing is available at alabobai.com/pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro/Team features until the period ends.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Alabobai, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
You are solely responsible for evaluating and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALABOBAI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Software and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to cloud services if you violate these Terms, with notice when practicable.

Alabobai incorporates open-source software components. The following key licenses apply:

The MIT License means you can use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the open-source components, subject to the license conditions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
