Alabobai uses cookies and browser storage sparingly. The categories below describe everything we set, why, and how long each entry lives.
Strictly necessary
- Clerk session — set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. Session-scoped, cleared on sign out.
- Secure checkout — set by our payment processor during checkout. Cleared when the secure payment session closes.
- CSRF token — protects sensitive requests. Session-scoped.
Preferences
- Theme (localStorage) — remembers your light/dark preference.
- Session id (sessionStorage) — links analytics events for a single visit. Cleared when the tab closes.
Product analytics
- First-party only. Events are recorded to our own Supabase instance — no Google Analytics, no Segment, no PostHog, no Meta pixel.
- No cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or share event data with third parties.
Your controls
- You can request a full export of your data at /account or by calling
GET /api/user/export while signed in. - You can delete your account (and archive associated records) via
DELETE /api/user/delete with header x-confirm-delete: yes. - Questions: privacy@alabobai.com.
